Launch Into the Teen Years is a dynamic video-based program developed by Focus on the Family to help parents talk to their preteen about things they'll be dealing with: boy/girl relationships, bullies, body changes, sex and their identity in Christ. The Launch Kit includes: a Parent's Guide, a pre-teen journal, and a code to access digital videos. These videos and guides are full of tips on engaging with your preteen, along with questions and activities that will encourage thoughtful consideration and discussion.
The aesthetic look for the Launch Into the Teen Years curriculum was inspired by summer camp. The videos take place at Camp Travis in Spicewood Texas. The visual elements help to capture the adventure, excitement, and fun that can be found at camp.
